From the Chipre viewpoint you can enjoy an excellent panoramic view of the city, the mountain range and the Nevado del Ruiz and Nevado de Santa Isabel snow-capped peaks, as well as the valleys of the Cauca and Risaralda rivers.

The Torre Panorámica or Torre al Cielo (Panoramic Tower or Tower to the Sky) is a unique place open to the public every day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For a low price you can go up the tourist viewpoint tower, and for an additional fee you can enter as many times as you wish during the day. You will also find the following activities:

Extreme swing and open-air walk at a height of 30 meters

Bar service, ice cream shop, crafts, cafeteria, restaurant and interactive center

The Chipre neighborhood is one of the most traditional in the city of Manizales, where during the day you can enjoy a relaxed stroll through the viewpoint area and taste obleas (wafer sweets), ice cream, cholaos (shaved-ice treats) and cotton candy. As night falls, the nightclubs and bars come alive, where young people and adults have fun in a wholesome and friendly atmosphere.
