The Secrets of the Volcano

Nature, History and Peace come together at the Volcán Laguna de San Diego, the largest natural wetland in the Department of Caldas, a place where you will experience firsthand the process of social transformation taking place in this beautiful little corner of Caldas. In this activity we will sail on the warm waters of the Laguna and walk its trails, which with every step tell you the story of the resilience of the territory and its inhabitants. It is an activity designed for you to be amazed by the imposing landscape and enjoy the tranquility it offers. We will also visit the hot springs of the Laguna and the Quebrada Cristalina, two of the places to see during the tour. The night will be the ideal time to share the stories, myths and legends of the region by the warmth of a campfire with the typical "Canelazo". To finish, you will spend the night inside a flooded volcanic crater, and you will wake up surrounded by the sounds of nature present in this magical place.
